Completion

Contracts are usually subject to finance approval and building & pest inspections, or sometimes subject to sale of the purchaser’s property. We follow up the buyer and solicitors to ensure your contract becomes unconditional.

Settlement is usually 30 – 60 days from when the contract is signed.
